• Clients are encouraged to inspect goods upon receipt, and any concerns must be reported promptly.

• Universal Machine Works retains intellectual property rights for all designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Clients must obtain written permission for any reproduction or use of our intellectual property.

• Returns are accepted only for defective or non-conforming products.
• Clients must notify Universal Machine Works within a specified timeframe for returns to be considered.

• Universal Machine Works is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied.

• Universal Machine Works is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control.

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information received during the course of the business relationship confidential.

• Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms and conditions.

• All disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the agreement.

• Universal Machine Works reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.
